So does that mean that by 2011 any unreleased material would now belong to Michael’s estate. The licences would in 2011 belong to his estate and his children. Oh my god you know sony is going to cash in a lot before 2011. I hate sony…I think all records companies are shady. I can’t believe Branca was Michael’s lawyer and didn’t even bother to disclose the clauses in the contract to Michael. No wonder why Katherine doesn’t like Brance and McClain to be the sole estate executors.
I heard Michael and now his estate still controls 50% of the ATV/Sony catalog. I also reading that there is a possibility the estate might sell Michael’s share of ATV/Sony catalog to Sony. I was so mad when I read that because that would be a wrong on so many levels. Katherine Jackson wants to be informed on decision made and heard the judge agrees with her. I think someone in Michael family should be the third executors of the estate. Maybe Katherine or Janet to keep on eye on Branca.

You have said a mouthful. Of course his music will ALWAYS sell, but Sony is smart. They know the bulk of his post-mortem sales will be greater now than two years from now. This is a very shady world we live in, but there is a sovereign God. I will watch and pray, and in time He will move this BS out of the way.
It doesn’t make what happened to MJ any better, but I have the faith in knowing that he can finally be at peace. God bless him.
