and i actually could keep time. that song is fairly easy to learn. the only fast thing about it is the strumming. the left hand moves at a relatively slow pace compared to most metallica songs. and the triplets in that song are no harder than the triplets in Battery.

Bro, I have to admit, your a good guitar player, I checked out your Metallica covers. What you should understand is not everyone who enjoys music is musically enclined. They don’t judge and pick apart songs or bands that they like or even dislike, they just rock-out. Gojira’s music has depth and energy. Metallica is one of Gojira’s influences, and in the future, other bands will name Gojira as an inspiration. This is what I always say to the Gojira skeptics, can you creat anything as good as….

Exactly Man! There’s a band called Rotting Christ that had the opportunity to tour with Megadeath, but soon as Dave Mustaine heard the name of the band, he didn’t want to tour with them. Well when you actually listen to the songs, they are singing about love and the hypocrisy of organized religion. My point is, people shouldn’t be so hasty to judge, you might find something special if you take the time to be open.

True man i hate when people bash other bands and such and that sounds like an amazing show dude! I saw Slayer at Mayhem and Machine Head with Metallica. Amazing live performences I’d loove to see Megadeth though especially now that they have Chris Broderick. Oh and Gojira is an amazing band as well just gettin into them
