Lil Wayne is going to jail for criminal possession of a gun; oh, and for smoking weed, too. Police discovered Lil Wayne had a gun after his www.sodahead.com performance at Beacon Theatre in 2007. Weezy was tried today (2009) and pleaded guilty to the charges of being in possession of a gun and weed. Lil Wayne will probably get one year in jail. Weezy will be sentenced in February 2010.
