Lonnie, God can save him but the man has a choice weather or not he will accept Christ’s free gift of salvation or not. Also, being saved doesn’t mean life becomes easy. We still face trials and struggles as we go through life. Because of God we have a hope that takes us through the good and bad times. We have peace and security through God and His sacrifice for us. It is your choice Lonnie to reject his offer of love and not follow him. It is your choice that will affect you for all eternity.
The better you know Christ, the more God lets you deal with, so it helps to practice relying on Him. It comes out better that way.

The Bible says that all have sinned Lonnie. None of us are innocent. I am just as much of an undeserving sinner as everyone else is. When I recognized that I was a sinner I realized nothing good I could do would ever make up for my sin. Only Christ sacrifice could cover my filthiness. The people who are dying today do have a choice to turn from their sin and follow Christ. A way was made but God doesn’t force us to follow Himself. He allows us to choose. Lonnie you have that choice as well.

I understand how you feel. I told myself i would NEVER be a Christian before. Yet now I lead a group of youths in a church. Those who replied your post are right. The bible says we will be persecuted because of our faith. Accepting Jesus doesn’t take away all your troubles. But God will carry you through it. I used to call all this bullshit too, but believe me, it’s not. you are right.Not everyone will be saved. we have a choice. whether we want to be amongst those who are saved is YOUR choice.
just because the gift is free doesn’t mean people will take it. Jesus extends eternal life to all, but not everybody takes it. You’re right, we do believe we go somewhere after death. and to us, death isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
