I started listening to DT a few months before RB came out. Not all us “kids” only listen to them because of it.

i was searching for a new cd in the music store, and then my eye felt on the corner with heavy metal/metal. and i saw dreamtheater i never heard of them, so i thought i go to youtube and listen to dream theater. i am not a great fan of this kind of metal but its still good and i like it.
so maybe i am going to buy a cd of dreamtheater

Actually… Thanks to Rockband I’ve discovered some bands that I had never heard before in my country, like Boston. So what if people learnt about new bands because of a video game? What makes you better than him? Having heard of them on the radio? In your basement on junkie friend’s ipod?
