Why does everyone compare The Editors and Interpol and other amazing bands to a ‘shadow’ of Joy Division. They’re different bands, they’re amazing, get over it. Joy Division is not the only band in the world.

i sort of agree with u, i love both bands and they are distinct but the editors were largely inspired by joy division and i suppose you can hear this in their music
