I felt an exhilarating and amazing flow into my head and I had an almost fainting like experience. I had to breath deeply, wink a lot, and wiggly my toes to stop the fainting. Is this normal? Can I take a break from doing this, or do I consistently have to do it/? Does anyone know if low blood pressure influences this?
