MoreBarn71:) You will have different experiences each time, some stronger and others less obvious, but still neurologically beneficial and spiritually stimulating. Your expectations however can become blocks, just experience, dont judge. In truth this type of meditation is best done for at least 10 min and more like 20 min is best.
OK, I went for it again. I didn’t have the same reaction as strongly. I guess the shock to my system was a one-time thing. Still, I did achieve a tingly feeling. It was similar to being stoned. Not exactly but similar. Do others report similar experiences? I would imagine each listener achieves different levels. Thanks for posting.

Along with the Solfeggio scale, I am also using a binaural beat process to stimulate altered states of consciousness, by selecting binaural beat patterns to mach a desired brainwave. After a few minuets of listening and calculating, the brain starts to mach this binaural beat; because of a process called frequency follow response.

This concept is entirely new to me. I was listening under headphones, then about 1:30 into it, I (instantly) felt tingly and light-headed. It felt like I was instantly stoned as quick as a snap of the fingers. It freaked me out and I tore my headphones off. Is this normal? I stress, I am not making a joke or being a wise ass.

This is because you have an un-synchronised brain and have just had an audio mind aerobics type workout.
If you went to the gym and used mussels you had never used before your mussels would feel sore.
You may need meditation more than your realise.
