Mas o menos. Un francés llamado Jean-Jacques Perrey la modifico y la llamo “El Elefante Nunca Olvida”. Después, Chespirito modifico la composición (ya modificada por Perrey) y lo puso como el tema para su personaje tan famoso.
Maybe because you’re confusing (along with many other people) Beethoven’s Turkish MARCH with Mozart’s Turkish RONDO.
